This page concerns the compliance What Now Media Group, Inc. (“What Now”) and its affiliates with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”). Parties submitting notices and claims relating to alleged infringements of copyright or other intellectual property rights under applicable U.S. or international laws are advised to read and review What Now’s Copyright Policy and Claims.

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, What Now will promptly terminate the access of any subscriber, account holder, or other user (collectively, “user”) to any service provided by What Now (“Services”) if What Now determines that the user is a “repeat infringer.” A repeat infringer includes (1) a user who has been notified by What Now that the user has engaged in more than two prior infringements of third-party copyrights or rights in other intellectual property, including trademarks and service marks, (2) a user who has had any user-submitted content removed from any What Now Service more than twice due to an infringing use, or (3) a user who has engaged in repeated violations of this policy. Furthermore, in the sole exercise of its discretion, What Now may limit user access to any What Now Services or terminate the accounts of any user who infringes the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether there is any repeat infringement. User’s whose accounts or Services are suspended terminated due to repeated infringement of these Terms of Use are not entitled to a refund.
